It has been a great success for the Mike Slade’s luxury charter yacht ICAP Leopard, taking Line Honours at the popular RORC Caribbean 600 yacht race for the second time.
Monohull Line Honours for the 2013 RORC Caribbean 600 yacht race went to the Farr 100 charter yacht ICAP Leopard.
Measuring 63 feet in LOA, the luxury trimaran yacht Paradox completed the RORC Caribbean 600 yacht race in less than two days. She will be followed by charter yacht ICAP Leopard that will claim Monohull Line Honours.
The cruising trimaran yacht Paradox completed this year’s RORC Caribbean 600 yacht race on 20 Feb 03:22:52, in an elapsed time of 40:22:52.
Tomorrow morning, Wednesday, February 20, is expected to see the first finishers of the 2013 RORC Caribbean 600 yacht race. One or two records will be presumably broken.
The second day of the 2013 RORC Caribbean 600 yacht race was marked by sleigh ride. The yachts competing in this popular race have reached the breathtaking island of St. Kitts.
Peter Aschenbrenner’s American trimaran yacht Paradox and Mike Slade’s British Maxi charter yacht ICAP Leopard covered the first 100 miles of the RORC Caribbean 600’s course in an astonishing seven and a half hours at 1700 local time.
Being attended by 53 luxury yachts, this year’s RORC Caribbean 600 yacht race has seen its start. A number of outstanding vessels, such as charter yacht ICAP Leopard as well as superyachts Athos and Adela, are also participating.
The only offshore race in a popular yacht charter destination – the Caribbean, the popular RORC Caribbean 600 is set to start today. It will be attended by eight luxury yachts built by Nautor’s Swan, that will compete for the first of six Swan Challenge Trophies.

To be once again hosted by an enchanting Caribbean yacht charter destination – Antigua, the 2013 RORC Caribbean 600 race will start on Monday, February 18. There will be 50 luxury vessels competing in this year’s popular race, including nine yachts over 90 feet in LOA, such as the outstanding 203-foot mega yacht Athos.
