It has been a busy start to 2015 for the Rivergate Marina and Shipyard. The company is currently working on two Palmer Johnson vessels: the 40m motor yacht RASA, as well as the 45m superyacht VANTAGE.
The impressive and robust 67m research motor yacht Golden Shadow was hosted by Rivergate Marina & Shipyard for maintenance and repair works. Launched by Campbell Shipyards in 1995, the vessel is part of the Golden Fleet and is available for scientific purposes worldwide in support of the Living Oceans Foundation.
Rivergate Marina & Shipyard has hosted the 63m charter yacht SuRi several times. She departed from upgrade works in December 2013, returning again for a further three month maintenance period in January 2014.
As part of the company’s strategy to expand its services, Rivergate Marina & Shipyard has proudly announced that it is now offering berthing to mega yachts of up to 234m in LOA.
The very first AYSS PacificNet – Tahiti, hosted by Asia Pacific Superyachts Tahiti, has been a great success. The event took place in the fantastic South Pacific yacht holiday destination – Tahiti at Marina Taina in Papeete on June 26, 2014.

The winners of the Club Marine Australian Marine Export and Superyacht Industry Awards 2014 were announced last night. They include the prominent Australian luxury yacht builder, Hanseatic Marine, now known as Silver Yachts.
This year’s Club Marine Australian Marine Industry Export and Superyacht Awards Winners will be unveiled at the ASMEX Conference gala dinner, which will be held at Sanctuary Cove in Queensland on Tuesday 20 May.

Australia has been strongly represented at this year’s Monaco Yacht Show. AIMEX as well as Superyacht Australia have exhibited both the Australian marine export and Superyacht sectors. The spectacular 77m superyacht Smeralda, built by the Australian company Hanseatic Marine, has been also showcased.
