Rivergate Marina, in Sydney Australia has just completed a major refit on the superyacht KOKOMO II (ex Achilles II) including structural modifications to the bow and extensive paint works to the exterior.

Sardinia Yacht Services new Superyacht Marine Center in Olbia

Sardinia Yacht Services (SYS) have announced the new acquisition and launch of their own Marine Center in Olbia. The new Marine Center in Olbia will offer owners and clients the possibility to store, repair and manage yachts, vessels and tenders. The facility offers a travel with a capacity to lift up to 100 tons and space for mooring superyachts of up to 50 meters in length with a draft of 4,5 meters.

Motor yacht Sea Breeze (ex Ulysses) launched in 1977 has just finished a 5 month refit at Rivergate Marina & Shipyard managed by Matt Curtin-Andrews from Yacht Group Australia. The theme of the refit was ‘old charm in a new boat’, with many of the original aspects retained.

The 70m research vessel Golden Lion has just received a complete refit at the Balk Shipyard in the Netherlands. Golden Lion a three-masted topsail schooner has the work carried out to EU Directive 98/18 on safety rules and standards for passenger ships.
