A relative newcomer to the superyacht industry, Dutch yacht builder ICON yachts has an impressive order book with a total of 444 m in luxury yachts at the shipyard. A combination of new builds, refit projects and cooperation with other builders such as Mega Marine, the yard is looking ahead to a successful year.
Dutch superyacht builder Icon Yachts has launched the 43 m semi-displacement motor yacht Sunbeam at their shipyard in Harlingen, The Netherlands. The hull and superstructure of Motor yacht Sunbeam project were built by a Northern European builder and then delivered to Icon Yachts who were selected as the most suitable shipyard for the project offering expertise, attention to detail and quality needed to build a superyacht to the highest of standards. The owner’s representatives Mega Marine are extremely pleased with the enthusiasm and flexibility with which the yard has encompassed the project.

Icon Yacht Refit Facility is a professional super yacht and commercial vessel facility with an open water access for yachts up to 160 metres in length and 7 metre draft. The yard is currently working on a yacht under the name project Sunbeam which should be launched at the end of 2010.
