This week saw the Future Fibres ship its all-new 76m carbon fibre mast the Perini Navi’s La Spezia yard in Italy. It has been constructed for the brand new 60m Perini Navi mega yacht P3 (hull C.2218).
The all-new Picchiotti flagship, the breath-taking 73-metre mega yacht Grace E (hull C.2189) has been successfully launched by the Perini Navi Group. The vessel boasts elegant and contemporary interiors, designed by Remi Tessier.
The brand new superyacht State of Grace (hull C.2180) has been delivered by the Perini Navi Group. Designed by the yard’s in-house team in collaboration with Ron Holland, she is the first yacht in the new Perini Navi 40m Fast Cruising series, built at the Perini Istanbul-Yildiz shipyard in Turkey.
Two of the latest Perini Navi/Ron Holland Design collaborations, the 40m superyacht State of Grace, as well as the 60m mega yacht Seahawk, will be on display at this month’s Monaco Yacht Show.
Ron Holland has once again participated in this year’s Perini Navi Cup, taking place in Sardinia’s Porto Cervo from August 28 to 31. The latest collaboration between Ron Holland and Perini Navi, the 60m superyacht Seahawk, also attended the 2013 event.
Set to run in Monaco’s Port Hercule from September 25 to 28, this year’s Monaco Yacht Show will be hosting more than 100 finest superyachts, including such jewels as the 88m Lurssen mega yacht Quattroelle or the 42m Moonen motor yacht Sofia, and many others.
The majestic 50-metre superyacht Silencio took the overall victory at this year’s Perini Navi Cup, successfully concluded over the weekend. She was followed by charter yacht P2 and luxury yacht Parsifal IV, taking second and third place place, respectively.
Today’s racing at the currently running Perini Navi Cup 2013 was cancelled due to the stormy weather.
The first day of the currently running Perini Navi Cup was marked by a comfortable lead of charter yacht P2, while it was the 50-metre superyacht Silencio to claim victory in corrected time.
Today, August 28, 2013, will see the Perini Navi Cup fleet arrive and register, with the first race scheduled to start tomorrow, on Thursday, August 29.
Two 9.5m superyacht tenders by Cockwells will be displayed at the upcoming Monaco Yacht Show in September. One of these is a tender to the 73m Vitruvius mega yacht Grace E, which is currently under construction at Perini Navi in Italy.
