Pendennis Shipyard has always strived to continually improve the facilities in Falmouth in line with market trends. The recent completion of 3 new construction halls, the installation of a larger travel hoist and expanded project offices, workshop space and crew facilities are in response to the higher demand for winter refit projects, as well as the increase in the average size of vessel, undergoing work in Falmouth.
Luxury sailing yacht M5 (ex Mirabella V) left Pendennis yard in the UK following her extensive refit earlier this year and headed for the South Atlantic and Pacific Oceans.
It is a particularly busy period for the Pendennis Palma refit facility. Current projects include such magnificent vessels as sailing yacht Kenora or superyacht Velacarina.
Pendennis Palma is currently hosting the 1972 Feadship classic yacht Heavenly Daze for a second time. She has gone through a RINA and MCA survey and her re-launch is scheduled for the middle of February.

Pendennis Palma has successfully completed a 6-month refit of the 1928 classic motor yacht Fair Lady. This included a 5-year MCA LY1 survey, which required substantial engineering work.
