Launched from Pendennis in 2011, the outstanding 46m super yacht Christopher has recently arrived in London. At 53,4m, her main mast is the largest to have ever passed under the Queen Elizabeth II Bridge.
Dun Laoghaire Marina, a fantastic Ireland yacht holiday destination, has recently hosted two luxury vessels: the 46m Pendennis superyacht Christopher, as well as the 28m Ta Chiou Chou luxury yacht First Light (ex Cabochon).
The majestic 46-metre superyacht Christopher returned to her home yard Pendennis for her annual Lloyd’s survey this winter, before attending the 2014 Pendennis Cup, where she took second place overall.
Thanks to their three new construction halls, Pendennis was very busy with superyacht refit projects in the winter 2013/14. Among the vessels refitted by the Falmouth yard belong charter yacht Nostromo as well as superyacht Christopher.
It has been a glorious finale to the 2014 Pendennis Cup, marked by the overall victory of luxury yacht Velacarina. She was followed by Pendennis-built sailing yacht Christopher, finishing second overall.
Following the tight racing on Day 3 of the Pendennis Cup 2014, sailing yacht Velacarina took first place overall on amended time.
On the second day of the 2014 Pendennis cup, luxury yacht Christopher and sailing yacht Velacarina became the joint winners on corrected time.
Glorious sunshine and cobalt blue skies welcomed an impressive fleet of yachts on the first day of racing at this year’s Pendennis Cup. The event is hosting such outstanding vessels as the 2011 Pendennis superyacht Christopher as well as mega yacht Adix.
Dubois Naval Architects has announced that it will once again support the Pendennis Cup, running from May 26 to 31, 2014. The largest vessel to participate will be the 62-metre mega yacht ADIX.
This year’s Pendennis Cup will run Falmouth, UK, from May 26 to 31. The event will be once again hosting such important vessels as superyacht Adela, luxury yacht Christopher, Mariette yacht, and many others.
