Oyster Marine is pleased to announce the expansion of their USA Headquarters with the appointment of Dan Wurzbacher to the Sales Team. Dan will fill the role of US Sales Manager and will handle new yacht sales in the Oyster fleet, from the Oyster 46 to the Oyster 655, throughout the Americas and Caribbean.

Oyster 125 Sailing Yacht broke the record at RMK with her largest single continuous infusion at nearly 6.3 tonnes. SHe has now been released from the mould after the post curing process. Royal Southern Oyster Week will pit entries like Bill and Denise Cartlidge’s 1986 Oyster 46 against Jose Alvaro’s new Oyster 82, fresh out of the box. Oyster’s own handicapping system recognises that these boats like to race with all the creature comforts on board. With a mix of round the cans, passage and pursuit racing during the Week, everyone is in with a chance to win.
Planning for the regatta, which will run from 11-16 April 2011, is already well under away, with Oyster’s Liz Whitman working with the team at Port Louis Marina and the local Marine and Yachting Association of Grenada (MAYAG) to make this a really great event that will showcase the best that the famous ‘spice island’ of the Caribbean has to offer Oyster owners, many of whom will be visiting for the first time.
