Sunday, April 14, saw the final day of this year’s Oyster Regatta Grenada, concluded with an amazing awards ceremony.
After the yesterday’s lay day, today, April 13, saw the Oyster fleet return to the race course at the Oyster Regatta Grenada 2013. Tomorrow will be marked by the last two races.
The highly anticipated 46th edition of Antigua Sailing Week will once again host the big yachts of the Caribbean, including the beautiful Farr 115 charter yacht Sojana. So far, more than 70 yachts have signed up for this popular race.
A total number of 24 Oyster yachts have participated at this year’s 27th edition of Atlantic Rally for Cruisers. These included the beautiful Oyster 885 superyacht Lush that will also take part in the Oyster World Rally in January.
Oyster yachts racing in the 2012 Oyster Palma Regatta enjoyed spectacular weather conditions on the last day of competing, followed by the prize giving and a gala dinner, attended by 250 Oyster owners as well as their guests.
Oyster yachts competing in the 2012 Oyster Palma Regatta enjoyed spectacular sailing conditions on Day 2. This popular, three-day race will finish tomorrow with competing in the fabulous Bay of Palma.
It was another day of exciting competing for 18 yachts participating in the Oyster Regatta – Cowes 2012. Day 3 saw the newest Oyster 575 yacht Isis taking the first position in her class on corrected time, followed by Asante, Sotto Vento and Starry Night, respectively.
Day 4 of Antigua Sailing Week was another difficult day for competitors, resulting in a large number of incidents as well as a major collision between Oyster 82 superyacht Starry Night of the Caribbean and On Deck’s Farr 65 sailing yacht Spirit of Isis. Tomorrow´s last day of racing will be crucial.
There was an incident this morning on Day 4 of Antigua Sailing Week between the Farr 65 yacht Spirit of Isis belonging to Ondeck team and the Oyster 82 sailing yacht Starry Night of the Caribbean. Fortunately, the incident caused just minor injuries.
Day 3 of this year´s Antigua Sailing Week brought another day of big breeze for competitors of this famous Caribbean race. Farr 115 luxury charter yacht Sojana was beaten today by Santa Cruz 72 sailing yacht Antipodes by less than a minute.
It was another day of the perfect weather conditions for the crews competing in the Antigua Sailing Week 2012, boasting good wind as well as waves. Farr 115 charter yacht Sojana finished first today in CSA 1A.
The first day of the Antigua Sailing Week 2012 will see the famous West Indian cricket legend, Sir Vivian Richards, also called ´King Viv´, to participate at tonight´s imobile Dockyard Festival.
