Marina Ibiza has been chosen by the Italian Overmarine Group Mangusta line of de luxe yachts as the site of its exclusive headquarters for the Balearic Islands, Spain.
For the first time in its history Overmarine Group is exhibiting in Düsseldorf in Hall 7A Stand B25 through the exposition of some scale Models: the motor yacht Mangusta 92, besides being equipped with new engines, also has new features; Mangusta 130 superyacht, this splendor yacht can reach a top speed up to 40 knots; the luxury yacht Mangusta 165, at present the fastest built Maxi-Open vessel in the world and the super yacht Mangusta 148 Oceano, the new tri-deck displacement vessel allowing Overmarine to enter a different market segment.

The first hull of the Mangusta 148′ ‘Oceano’ motor yacht arrived at the Viareggio facilities of Overmarine last week. The new superyacht model represents the first tri-deck displacement hull motor yacht projected by Overmarine Group still designed with the successful family feeling of the Large Open line yacht.
Overmarine Group (Baglietto, Cantieri di Pisa, and Mangusta) was represented at the 26th annual Palm Beach International Boat Show by MarineMax Yacht & Brokerage Group. Running from March 24th to 27th during spectacular weather, thousands of attendees visited the dedicated display featuring the following scale models: Mangusta 92’, 108’ and 148’; and Baglietto 46 Meter.
The Mangusta 205 Open Motor Yacht by Overmarine is due to begin construction shortly and when built, will be the Italian yards’ new flagship. The impressive open motor yacht measuring 62.50 m (205ft) will be the largest open express yacht in the world. The Mangusta 205 Open Motor Yacht by Overmarine was designed by the renowned Stefano Righini, who has worked with Mangusta on several vessels including the Mangusta Open 165’ motor yacht
Overmarine also announced they have entered into a new agreement with MarineMax the world’s largest boat dealer (listed on the New York Stock Exchange symbol HZO). Overmarine Group and MarineMax are starting a new business model that meets the demanding needs of their clients. The Group will be able to strengthen its presence and visibility in the American market with a reliable partner situated in 55 strategic locations providing a clear and direct link with the shipyard.
