The premier Dutch shipyard, Oceanco, has successfully delivered its 85-metre mega yacht St. Princess Olga, previously known as Y708. At the moment cruising to Gibraltar, she is presumed to sleep up to 14 guests in comfort and style.
Measuring 106 meters in length over all, the exciting mega yacht SOLAR project is presently under construction at the prestigious Dutch builder, OCEANCO. Designed by Nuvolari & Lenard, the 2015 Solar is set to become the world’s largest sailboat, once launched.
Measuring 88 meters in LOA, the voluminous Oceanco superyacht Nirvana (Y707) has been selected as a finalist in the International Yacht & Aviation Awards 2013. She boasts both the exterior as well as interior design by renowned Sam Sorgiovanni.

At the moment, the Florida-based superyacht refit facility, Rybovich, is working on the refit of the 52m superyacht Sunrise, launched by Oceanco in 2000.

This year’s Ft. Lauderdale Boat Show saw Marcel Onkenhout, CEO of Oceanco, receive the ‘International Superyacht Society’s Excellence in Innovation Award’. Oceanco has been already honoured with ISS award: for the 82m charter yacht Alfa Nero in 2008, as well as for the 85m megayacht Sunrays in 2010.
The voluminous 85-metre Oceanco megayacht Y708 went through sea trials yesterday. Due to be delivered before the end of this year, she comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests in 7 beautiful cabins.
Winners of this year’s ISS Design & Leadership Awards were revealed in Ft. Lauderdale last night. They include such beautiful vessels as luxury yacht Vertigo or charter yacht O’Pati and many others.
Presented in model form at the recent Monaco Yacht Show, the dramatically beautiful 110m DP002 megayacht by Oceanco and Nuvolari & Lenard is able to comfortably accommodate her guests in 10 lovely cabins. Service aboard is provided by an impressive 40 professional crew.
The splendid Hull 413 yacht tender by the US builder Hodgdon Yachts has been successfully launched and delivered. It has been constructed for a prominent European shipyard. In the past, the company has also delivered a tender for the Oceanco superyacht Seven Seas (Y706).
