Sam Sorgiovanni-designed Oceanco superyacht Nirvana has been honoured with the 2013 ShowBoats Design Award in the ‘Exterior Design and Styling Award – Displacement Motor Yachts 60m+’ category.
June 21, 2013, at the Monaco Opera House, saw the official announcement of the ShowBoats Design Awards 2013 Winners.
The voluminous 87m Oceanco superyacht Nirvana (Project Y707) is named ‘Best of the Best’ for the category of Custom Megayachts in Robb Report’s June issue. Designed by Sam Sorgiovanni, she features luxurious accommodation for up to 12 guests.
The leading Dutch superyacht builder, Oceanco, is presently working on the realization of its plans for constructing a new yacht-building facility to accommodate yachts up to 140 meters in LOA.
It was a very busy first quarter of 2013 for Bradford Marine Bahamas, having worked on such outstanding vessels as the 282ft Oceanco superyacht Seven Seas.
This year’s Hainan Rendez-Vous was another great success, marked by the sale of 29 luxury yachts. The event hosted such important superyacht builders as Feadship, Lurssen, Oceanco, and many others.
The impressive 88,5m superyacht project Y710 has arrived at Oceanco in the Netherlands this weekend, after Aluship had completed her aluminium superstructure. She is expected to be launched at the end of 2014.
To take place from March 30 to April 2, the highly anticipated Hainan Rendez-Vous will be hosting such important luxury yacht builders as Trinity, Kingship, Royal Huisman, Sanlorenzo, Heesen, and many others.
The respected Dutch builder, Oceanco, will be once again participating in the next Dubai International Boat Show, displaying such spectacular vessels as the 88,5m mega yacht Nirvana, as well as the 86m superyacht Seven Seas. The company will also unveil some new exciting details about its latest superyacht projects.
Designed by acclaimed Nuvolari & Lenard, the impressive 110 m mega yacht DP002 by Oceanco is a breathtaking concept, featuring luxurious accommodation in 10 cabins.
This year’s Dubai International Boat Show will be hosting 11 prestigious Super Yacht Experience members, including two new superyacht manufacturers: Mondo Marine and Palmer Johnson.
