Federico Verona has become a new Italian Superyacht Manager at Oceanair, as part of the company’s strategy to grow their superyacht business within Italy.
The British Marine Federation (BMF) was present at the recently concluded China (Shanghai) International Boat Show, showcasing the British Excellence. The event was attended by such important UK luxury yacht builders as Sunseeker, Princess, and Fairline.
The International Marine Products (IMP) has been honoured with the Oceanair’s Distributor of the Year Award 2012. The company has worked on two superyacht projects this year, including charter yacht Light Blue as well as sailing yacht Adele 2.
The highly innovative blinds and light management solutions by Oceanair have been provided for the 44m award-winning superyacht Hemisphere, launched by Pendennis in 2011.
The total number of 16 rooms aboard the 70m Proteksan Turquoise megayacht Talisman C (ex Talisman II) now boast blinds by Oceanair. All of these blinds are automated by Lutron Intelligent drive systems.
Having supplied the prominent UK-based luxury yacht builder Sunseeker for 21 years, Oceanair has been given an honour to receive the Sunseeker ‘Supplier of the Year Award 2012 for Outstanding Service’.
