Ocean Yacht Systems has proudly announced a new contract with Yachting Developments. This will see the company design, engineer and manufacture two hydraulic 48hp vertical retracting thrusters for the 33,5m luxury yacht Hull 1012, due to be delivered in early 2016.
Malcolm Lee has recently joined the project management team at Ocean Yacht Systems (OYS). He will be responsible for all new and service rigging yacht projects, performed by the company.

The all-new 32m superyacht Swan 105 by Nautor’s Swan will feature class leading thrusters, developed by Ocean Yacht Systems (OYS).
The latest RDE (Rim Driven Electric) thruster by Ocean Yacht Systems will be fitted on the Perini Navi 60m luxury yacht hull C.2193, as the first vessel from the Perini Navi 60m series, boasting this highly advanced thruster.
66.9m luxury sailing yacht HETAIROS by Baltic Yachts, fitted with Ocean Yacht Systems´ hydraulic propulsion system has been nominated as a finalist for the ShowBoat Design and Technology Award 2012. Other finalists in the awards equipped by OYS are: the Yachting Development yacht Antares III, the Perini Navi superyacht Fidelis as well as the Alloy sailing yacht Vertigo.
