Penultimate day of the Antigua Sailing Week saw stronger breeze and even better conditions for racing at the fantastic Caribbean yacht charter destination – Antigua.
Yacht Club Costa Smeralda (YCCS) officially presented the 2014 sporting season during its annual press conference, which was held at the Four Seasons hotel in Italy’s Milan this morning.

Austrian luxury yacht tender builder, Frauscher Shipyard, has proudly announced that it has been chosen by the long-established Flensburger Yacht-Service as its first partner for the company’s planned expansion into the motorboat sector.
A total number of 22 yachts have already confirmed their participation in the 2014 Superyacht Cup Palma. These include the first time participants such as the 45m Perini Navi sailing yacht Clan VIII, as well as the Nautor’s Swan 100 superyacht Muzuni.
Nestled in the enchanting Mediterranean yacht charter destination – Mallorca in Spain, Porto Adriano will play a host to the 1st edition of ‘Best of Yachting’ event, running from June 6 to 9, 2014. The event will feature over 20 yachts, measuring up to 40 meters in LOA.
The first day of the currently running Loro Piana Caribbean Superyacht Regatta & Rendezvous saw superyachts Nilaya, Freya as well as Tempus Fugit take the leading positions.
Currently under refit at Yachting Developments, the Swan 90 superyacht Spirit has received the rigging and a full suit of Stratis sails, supplied by Doyle Sails NZ. She is due to be relaunched on April 2, 2014.
This year’s 34th edition of the popular St. Maarten Heineken Regatta has concluded today, on March 9. The event was attended by such spectacular vessels as the Oyster 885 charter yacht Clare, as well as the Swan 82FD charter yacht Alpina.
Today, Saturday, March 8, saw Day 2 of the currently running 34th edition of St. Maarten Heineken Regatta, with participation of 211 boats, including such outstanding vessels as 100-foot Swan charter yacht Highland Breeze.
