This year’s Monaco Yacht Show was a huge success. The event hosted an amazing number of 115 superyachts afloat and 510 companies.
Last month’s Monaco Yacht Show 2014 was marked by the meeting of the Asia Pacific Superyachts Tahiti, NZ Marine, Superyacht Australia and professionals from the South Pacific islands. They discussed a new collaborative approach to marketing the region as a united superyacht destination.
The all-new Swan 105 RS super yacht Ti-Coyo was displayed at the 2014 Monaco Yacht Show, admired by both international as well as local professionals. The vessel has been superbly penned by beiderbeck designs.
Sunseeker Germany has proudly announced the sale of a 75 Yacht and an 86 Yacht, following very successful Boat Shows in Cannes, Monaco and Southampton, which were all held last month.
This year’s Monaco Yacht Show was marked by the launch of the new Admiral Sail ‘Wave’ superyacht series, including yachts from 38 up to 60 meters in LOA. The first of these is the 38m superyacht Wave 38 – a fast and fun sailboat, superbly penned by Philippe Briand.
The all-new leather range was introduced by Andrew Winch Designs and Foglizzo at the 2014 Monaco Yacht Show. It takes inspiration from Land, Sea and Air, the three elements of Andrew Winch’s Design, and offers a selection of colours, fully customized grains and unique embossing, designed with superyacht, aircraft and luxury land-based residences in mind.
Alewijnse’s new superyacht refit and servicing subsidiary will be located at Chantiers Naval at La Ciotat, France, representing the largest superyacht refit yard in the South of France. The new office will be fully operational by the end of the year.
The first Swan 105 RS super yacht Ti-Coyo has been successfully handed over to her new Owner. Built by Nautor’s Swan to a design by German Frers, this beautiful vessel made its premiere at the 2014 Monaco Yacht Show.
The 2015 YACHTING SHANGHAI THE INTERNATIONAL MARINE EXPO, the first park-type yacht festival in Asia, was officially presented during the 2014 Monaco Yacht Show. It will run in Shanghai, China from July 8-12, 2015.
The all-new Yacht Club de Monaco hosted the 2014 Bal de La Mer during the 2014 Monaco Yacht Show on Friday, September 26. The event honored Wendy Benchley – the 2014 SeaKeeper Award Recipient.
