Construction of the first Caribbean series super yacht Matica is progressing well at the Moonen Shipyards in the Netherlands. The hull will be joined to the superstructure in the summer and the vessel is scheduled for completion in May 2016.
The award-winning Moonen 124 charter yacht Northlander will be showcased at this month’s Miami International Boat Show 2015, opening its doors tomorrow, on February 12.
Moonen Shipyards has begun working on the two new refit projects: the Moonen 84 luxury yacht Impetuous (ex Phoenix) as well as the 30m Heesen motor yacht Amigo.

Moonen Shipyards has proudly announced that they have received a new order for the Caribbean series super yacht MATICA. Due to be launched in the summer of 2016, she has been designed by Rene van der Velden, with interior design by Adam Lay Studio.
Construction of the new 120-foot superyacht Martinique will begin at Moonen Shipyards in the Netherlands. Set to be launched in the summer of 2016, she belongs to the Caribbean series of motoryachts, recently revealed by the yard.
New Caribbean superyacht range has been introduced by Moonen from the Netherlands. There are six models available: the 85’ Mariana, the 100’ Montserrat, the 105’ Matica, the 112’ Mustique, the 120 ‘Martinique and the 126’ Marquis – all named after islands in the Caribbean.
