The UIM will host its annual World Champions Awards Giving Gala on February 23. During the event, the

The Yachtsman of the Year trophy went to Igor Simčič, founder of the Esimit Europa yacht project, during the Yacht Club de Monaco 2012 Awards prize giving ceremony.
The prestigious Yacht Club de Monaco (YCM) hosted its traditional winter cocktail. During the event, HSH Prince Albert II, the Club’s President, presented the Trophée Crédit Suisse YCM Awards 2012, won by Igor Simcic on sailing yacht Esimit Europa II for the numerous records he set.
Current students or recent graduates from yacht design can now submit their entries for the Young Designer of the Year Award 2013. The winner will be revealed at the ShowBoats Design Awards gala evening on 21 June.
Nominations for the ShowBoats Design Awards 2013 can be submitted until February 15. This prestigious event will take place on Friday, June 21 during The Rendezvous in Monaco and its 2013 edition will also present the new Holistic Design Award.
Representing a Pure Made in Italy product, the beautiful Leaf table by Lanka Marine made its debut at the 2012 Monaco Yacht Show. This exquisite piece of craftsmanship has been developed in partnership with Thierry Gauguin and Hermann Blot.
