This year’s 24th edition of The Rendezvous in Monaco drew to a close with fond farewells of superyacht owners at the prestigious Yacht Club de Monaco yesterday, on June 23.
The breath-taking Shuttleworth-designed 42,5m superyacht Adastra received three ShowBoats Design Awards 2013 at the prize giving ceremony, taking place at the Monaco Opera House on June 21, 2013.
The second superyacht Mangusta 94 was successfully launched by the prestigious Italian builder, Overmarine Group, on Saturday morning, June 22, 2013. She will make her premiere at the upcoming boat shows in Cannes and Monaco.
This year’s Rendezvous in Monaco has started this afternoon, on Thursday, June 20, with a private luncheon at the prominent Yacht Club de Monaco. The attending yachts include such jewels as the 45m Viudes charter yacht Pride.
Tomorrow, June 21, 2013, at the Monaco Opera House, will be marked by the official announcement of the 2013 ShowBoats Design Awards Winners. This year’s gala evening coincides with the 23rd edition of The Rendezvous in Monaco, running from June 20 to 23, 2013.
Set to run from September 25 to 28, the Monaco Yacht Show 2013 will be once again attended by the prominent UK luxury yacht design firm Dubois Yachts, boasting a larger stand in the Designer’s Gallery, Quai des Etats Unis.
