In order to make it available for purchase or lease, the company Multi One Design S.A has purchased the MOD70 trimaran yacht No. 02 (ex Veolia Environnement), fully prepared to compete in the Multi One Championship. This spendid vessel was launched on June 18, 2011.
Visiting five countries, starting from Kiel in Germany, the MOD70 European Tour fleet of 70-foot trimaran yachts will be present in Cascais, Portugal from September 12 to 20.

The new MOD70 trans-oceanic KRYS OCEAN RACE was proudly presented for the very first time yesterday at the French Consulate in New York, as the start city to this race, set for July 7, 2012. The race is expected to be attended by the world´s best sailors, with the finish line in Brest, France between 13 and 14 July 2012.

The 6th MOD70 one-design trimaran yacht OMAN SAIL was successfully launched yesterday. The team took ownership of its yacht yesterday, setting out on the first stage of learning and training process which over the coming weeks will lead to the inaugural event of the 2012 championship season, the KRYS OCEAN RACE, which starts in less than three months.
Marseille will welcome the MOD70 fleet from 23rd to 30th of September on the only French stop over during the MOD70 European Tour alongside one of the Alpari World Match Racing Tour events.
The 2012 MOD70 European Tour has been launched at the Dusseldorf Boat Show, on Monday 23 January, with start on 29 August.

German superyacht port Kiel will host the fleet of the trimaran yachts MOD70 during the European Tour 2012.
Jean-Pierre Dick and his sailing team Paprec and Virbac will take part in the Multi One Championship, helming the trimaran yacht MOD70, and not Oman Sail and Spindrift racing, as previously announced.
