The expansion of MDL’s Chatham Maritime Marina has been recently completed by Walcon Marine. The UK marina now provides 360 berths for yachts of up to 24 metres in length.
This week saw the official opening of 60 new marina berths at the MDL’s Chatham Maritime Marina in the UK. They were officially opened by by the Mayor of Medway, Councillor Mrs Josie Iles.
Situated in the lovely Mediterranean yacht charter destination – Italy, the new Marina del Gargano is set to be officially open on July 18, 2013. It will accommodate yachts measuring up to 186 feet in LOA.
This year’s 9th edition of annual British Marine Federation (BMF) Marina Conference received increased international interest, hosting marina professionals, coming from all over the world.
Jenny and Simon Wilmshurst-Smith were the MDL Marinas’ first customers with Passeport Escales to have arrived in France on May 5, following a great news about the partnership of MDL Marinas and French marina operator, Sagemor.
Over 1,500 people visited the 2013 Hamble Point Boat Show, which was held the weekend of 27 & 28 April at the Hamble Point Marina.

This year’s Hamble Point Boat Show is set to start later this month. Running from April 27 to 28, the event as well as car parking are both completely FREE.

Ocean Youth Trust South, operating the 72-foot sailing yacht John Laing, has become the official charity for this year’s 40th anniversary of MDL Marinas that will play a host to a series of charitable events, comprising raffles and prize auctions.
Situated within Poole Harbour, the MDL’s Cobb’s Quay Marina will be hosting a family open weekend on Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th April.
