Superyacht Nilaya, luxury yacht Freya and charter yacht Moonbird were victorious in their respective divisions at the 2014 Loro Piana Caribbean Superyacht Regatta and Rendezvous.
Day Two of the currently running Loro Piana Caribbean Superyacht Regatta & Rendezvous 2014 saw division leaders superyacht Nilaya and luxury aycht Freya held fast, with charter yacht Moonbird claiming the first place overall in her division.
Vitters superyacht MARIE has been announced as one of finalists for the International Yacht & Aviation Award 2014 in the ‘Yacht Interior Design’ category. Her beautiful and elegant interior has been created by David Easton Incorporated.
Lighter shifty conditions provided for a dramatic finale to the 4th edition of the Superyacht Challenge Antigua. The overall winner was the 102′ sailing yacht Marama by a single point from superyacht Unfurled.
A total number of 8 luxury superyachts will be participating in the upcoming Superyacht Challenge Antigua, running from January 30 to February 2. These include such outstanding vessels as the last year’s winner and the largest yacht to compete – the 182ft mega yacht Adela.
Set to run from January 30 to February 2, this year’s 4th edition of Superyacht Challenge Antigua will feature three Vitters vessels: the 55m superyacht Marie, the 33m Inoui yacht, as well as the 45m luxury yacht Timoneer.
The winners of the Yacht Hop & Chef’s Competition were unveiled during the 2013 Antigua Charter Yacht Show. The 2014 event will be running from December 5 to 11.
The prominent Dutch shipyard, Vitters, is currently working on the all-new 46-metre superyacht. At the moment, an 85-metre yacht is also under construction at the yard.
The final day of the 2013 Newport Bucket Regatta was marked by yet another perfect late summer weather. The overall winner of this year’s regatta has become charter yacht Bristolian.
