German shipyard, Lurssen, has sea-trialled its new 104-metre mega yacht Quantum Blue, beautifully designed by Tim Heywood, with interior design by Alberto Pinto.
Lurssen will be present at the 2014 Ft. Lauderdale International Boat Show, running next week. The leading German shipyard is expected to deliver three impressive vessels at the end of this year: the 66m motor yacht Ester III, the 95m superyacht Kismet, as well as the 104m mega yacht Quantum Blue.
This year’s Monaco Yacht Show was a huge success. The event hosted an amazing number of 115 superyachts afloat and 510 companies.
The evening before the 24th edition of the Monaco Yacht Show was marked by the first ever Monaco Yacht Show Awards. Among nominees were such outstanding vessels as the 91,5m Oceanco mega yacht Equanimity.
Lurssen is currently attending the Monaco Yacht Show 2014, showcasing their beautiful 85m mega yacht Solandge as a World Debut. She boasts sophisticated exterior design by Espen Oeino and striking interior design by Aileen Rodriguez.

Next week’s Monaco Yacht Show will be marked by the launch of a new book by H2 Yacht Design. The prestigious design studio has worked on such outstanding vessels as the 82m Blohm & Voss mega yacht Gracefull, delivered this year.
The 95-metre Lurssen-built Project Global, soon to be named mega yacht KISMET, completed her three-day sea trials ahead of her delivery later this month.
Coast New Zealand, specialists in handmade luxury luggage, textiles and furnishings for the superyacht industry, has expanded their superyacht design range. The company will be attending the 2014 Monaco Yacht Show, with a selection of their products on display.
The upcoming Monaco Yacht Show 2014 will feature at least fifteen of the superyachts boasting Beekmans masterwork. These will include the 73m Perini Navi mega yacht Grace E, with the entire range of Beekmans’ stainless steel expertise.
The brand new 66m Lurssen mega yacht ESTER III (Project GREEN, hull 13685) has recently completed her sea trials with a great success. She is due to be handed over to her new Owners in Autumn 2014.
