Swan yachts have performed exceptionally well at this year’s Les Voiles de St Tropez. In order to celebrate this great success, the splendid Swan 90 charter yacht Solleone hosted an elegant cocktail party for almost 100 guests.
Incidences Sails have equipped nearly 30 spectacular vessels, competing in this year’s Les Voiles de St Tropez. These include the luxury charter yacht Moonbeam IV or the Wally sailing yacht Genie.
For the second year in a row, the splendid sailing yacht Avel won the Rolex Trophy at the 2012 Les Voiles de Saint-Tropez. Awarded to the best performing yacht over 16 metres in length on deck in the Tradition division, Avel triumphed over Lady Anne, Skylark as well as Marigold yachts.

Les Voiles de Saint-Tropez represents a great passion for sailing and for vintage yachts, in particular. The total number of 55 yachts belonging to the 114-strong Tradition division are eligible for the Rolex Trophy. The oldest is sailing yacht Marigold, designed by Charles E. Nicholson.

Today’s racing was marked by tradition with such beautiful classic sailing yachts as Mariska, Hispania, Tuiga and Lady Anne yacht.
Around 300 luxury yachts will start the 14th edition of Les Voiles de Saint-Tropez today. This popular race will last untill Sunday, October 7.
Running from September 29 to October 7, this year’s Les Voiles de St Tropez will bring five days of exciting racing for modern yachts, while the classic yachts compete over four days. With a limit of 300 entries, the race is open for both modern as well as traditional yachts over 9 meters in length.
