The overall winner of the J-Class in this year’s Superyacht Cup Palma has become luxury yacht Lionheart. This majestic vessel was built by Claasen Shipyards to a design by Andre Hoek, a regular race crew member of the Lionheart team.
The recently concluded Superyacht Cup Palma 2014 was a great success for Royal Huisman yachts. Frers-designed sailing yacht Unfurled became first overall.
The recently concluded Superyacht Cup Palma 2014 was marked by the overall victory of luxury yacht Lionheart in the five strong J Class.
This year’s Superyacht Cup Palma came to its end last week, marked by a great success of five Claasen yachts. These included such beauties as luxury charter yacht Atalante.
Claasen yachts are currently leading the way at the Superyacht Cup 2014, running in the fabulous Mediterranean yacht charter destination – Palma in Spain. The Claasen-built sailing yacht Lionheart ultimately shared the King’s 100 Guinea Cup with luxury yacht Hanuman.
Today, June 18, 2014, will see five outstanding J-Class yachts – Hanuman, Lionheart, charter yacht Ranger, Rainbow and Velsheda – attend the historic King’s Hundred Guinea Cup, before joining the 26 strong Superyacht Cup Palma fleet.
The legendary Kings Hundred Guinea Cup went to the Claasen Jachtbouw built and Andre Hoek designed superyacht Lionheart, participating in this year’s J Class Regatta in the Solent. This splendid vessel competed along with other beautiful J Class yachts, including Velsheda superyacht, charter yacht Ranger as well as luxury yacht Rainbow.
