Finalists for this year’s ISS Design Awards have been announced. For the first time, the winners will be unveiled at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts in Florida’s Fort Lauderdale, on Wednesday, October 29, 2014.

The International Superyacht Society (ISS) is currently seeking the 2014 nominations for its annual Awards of Distinction. The Awards will be presented at the ISS’s International Awards for Design & Leadership Gala during the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.
Refitted by RMK Marine in partnership with Hot Lab, the 45m Trinity superyacht Keyla (ex Chevy Toy, Stanley Z) has been judged by the International Superyacht Society and International Paint, sponsors of the ISS Design and Leadership Awards, as one of the top five “best refit” vessels in 2012-2013.
It has been a great year for the 37m Royal Huisman superyacht Pumula. She has won twice at the 2013 World Superyacht Awards, and also received the 2013 ISS Design Award.
The Fast Yacht Support vessel GARÇON, a Damen-built support vessel to an 87m luxury superyacht, has won the ISS Award of Distinction for Innovation. Sales and marketing of the Damen range of Yacht Support vessels is handled by Amels.
Launched by Royal Huisman last year, the outstanding 37-metre superyacht Pumula (Project Bugamena) has won the prominent ISS Design Award in the ‘Best Sail 24-40m’ category. She has been beautifully penned by Dykstra & Partners.
