An amazing number of over 300 yachts registered for the 2015 Rolex Fastnet Race in first 24 minutes. The race will kick off on Sunday 16th August, starting from Cowes, Isle of Wight to Plymouth via the Fastnet Rock.

Cowes Harbour Commission has started the process of recovering of the Nordhavn 76 yacht Kahu, destroyed by fire in East Cowes on the Isle of Wight earlier last week. The lift is set to begin tomorrow, on November 12, 2013.
The biggest ever Rolex Fastnet Race will kick off on August 11, 2013. It will be attended by the lovely 2012 sailing yacht Bella Mente, designed by Judel/Vrolijk.
The Panerai British Classic Week 2013 is set to kick off on Saturday, July 6. The event will be attended by such spectacular, classic yachts, as the 1929 30-metre superyacht Gluckhauf, built by Abeking & Rasmussen.
In order to satisfy demand for places, the Royal Ocean Racing Club (RORC) has increased the number of places available for IRC rated boats by an extra 40 places, to 340. To cope with this, the event will be moved to Plymouth Yacht Haven, featuring the extra berthing, if needed.
The legendary Kings Hundred Guinea Cup went to the Claasen Jachtbouw built and Andre Hoek designed superyacht Lionheart, participating in this year’s J Class Regatta in the Solent. This splendid vessel competed along with other beautiful J Class yachts, including Velsheda superyacht, charter yacht Ranger as well as luxury yacht Rainbow.
Saturday 21 July saw the 2012 J Class Solent Regatta – Hundered Guinea Cup, attended by the spectacular J Class yachts. The overall winner has become sailing yacht Lionheart, followed by superyacht Velsheda, charter yacht Ranger and Rainbow superyacht, respectively.
