Kim Han-wook, president of JDC (Jeju Free International City Development Center), traveled from Korea along with his delegation to visit IPM Group and meet firsthand the most representative Mediterranean sailing facilities.
IMP Group has announced their participation in the 2014 Monaco Yacht Show, running this Autumn. The company’s usual stand QD7 at the North Dock booth will be mainly shared by STP Shipyard Palma and Marina Ibiza, with presence also of the rest of the Group’s facilities.
Three luxury yacht marinas belonging to the IPM Group, Marina Port de Mallorca, Marina Palma Cuarentena, as well as Marina Ibiza, have been once again recognized by ADEAC and renewed their Blue Flag.

The IPM Group’s Marina Port de Mallorca and Marina Palma Cuarentena are well prepared to react quickly and effectively in an emergency. All workers have recently received theoretical and practical courses to master the use of fire extinguishers, hoses, hydrants and pumps. The fire drill was attended by Palma’s Firefighters and two extras, who participated as injured.
It has been a very successful Monaco Yacht Show 2013 for the IPM Group (Iniciativas Portuarias de Mallorca). At the moment, the Group is at its phase of projection and grows thanks to the collaboration agreements through nautical projects in various parts of the world.
Marina Ibiza and STP shipyard, both facilities from the IPM Group, will be present at the 23rd edition of the Monaco Yacht Show. The IPM Group will also sponsor the terrace The Crew Lounge for the second consecutive year.
Demonstrating the quality of their services and facilities, as well as their effective environmental control system, three Spanish ports from the IPM Group have been awarded with the blue flag by the Association of environmental education, ADEAC.
IPM Group launches a full loyalty program Club IPM for its clients. The program offers advantages and benefits both within the premises and other collaborating companies.
Thanks to the support of captains, crews, workers, customers, individuals and business partners, IPM Group and its facilities of STP, Marina Port de Mallorca as well as Marina Palma have raised more than 900 kilos of donations that were divided between Asociación Zaqueo, La Asociación Antiguos Alumnos de Montesión Solidarios and la Fundación Dexailles.
With the aim of helping the most needy, IPM Group has started the solidary Christmas campaign “Operacion Kilo” in three of its facilities: Marina Port de Mallorca, Marina Palma Cuarentena as well as STP Shipyard. It will last until December 20.
Palma de Mallorca-based IPM Group, a holding company specializing in the construction and management of recreational sailing facilities, will be officially presented for the first time at the next Monaco Yacht Show, starting tomorrow.
