Holland Jachtbouw signs contract for the construction of the stunning J-Class 39.5 metre sailing yacht Yankee.
The 37 m 2006 superyacht YII as designed by Dixon Yacht Design and built by Holland Jachtbouw is now newly available for luxury yacht charters in the Mediterranean and elsewhere.
Following the completion of her hull, the J-class sailing yacht Rainbow has now been transported to Holland Jachtbouw for further construction. The original Rainbow yacht dates back to 1934 and was designed by William Starling Burgess. Today’s Rainbow sailing yacht is based on this original yacht, redesigned by Dykstra & Partners Naval Architects.
On Monday the 19th of July 2010, the J Class superyacht RAINBOW JH2 was transported by barge to Holland Jachtbouw in Zaandam, where she will be fitted out with a launch expected in early 2012.
The owners of M/Y Calliope first was built the 32m Cassiopeia yacht which was launched back in 2004. Both of the owner’s yachts have been named after goddesses; M/Y Calliope being the muse of music and poetry.
Holland Jachtbouw are delighted to announce the launch of a 42-metre, semi-displacement motor yacht Langam for repeat yacht owners. At 62 metres, superyacht Athos will be the world’s largest privately owned, modern two-mast schooner when she is launched in 2010. Her deep-V hull arrived at the yard in February 2008 after being built and engineered in partnership with our sub-contractor.
