Holland Jachtbouw 40m superyacht Rainbow has become the first full hybrid pleasure sailing yacht, thanks to the unique WhisperPower hybrid propulsion and power system, developed by Dutch power system’s specialist WhisperPower BV.
The 40m J-class luxury yacht Rainbow by Holland Jachtbouw was successfully launched on February 17, 2012. This stunning racing vessel offers luxurious accommodation to 6 guests and is managed by a crew of 7.
Entry list for Superyacht Cup Cowes, held in July 22-25, 2012 is almost full with 21 provisional entries to date, including the Dykstra & Partners designed 55m sailing yacht Adela built by Pendennis Shipyard, the Hoek designed 62m superyacht Athos built by Holland Jachtbouw and the Dykstra & Partners designed impressive 67m Hetairos superyacht built by Baltic Yachts.
