Designs for a replica of J Class sailing yacht Yankee have been proudly unveiled by Dykstra Naval Architects and Holland Jachtbouw. The original Yankee participated in the round robin series to defend the America’s Cup in 1930.
The impressive 54m mast for the new 43m J Class super yacht J8 has recently reached Holland Jachtbouw in Zaandam, the Netherlands. This majestic vessel is due to be launched in Spring 2015.
