Originally built by Perini Navi in 2007, 45m super yacht HELIOS has recently left the Perini Navi Service and Refit facility, following a major refit. The mast was repainted and all rod rigging was changed.

As part of its on-going development of the highest quality training facilities, Pendennis has appointed Helios Maritime Aviation to carry out Bridge Resource Management (BRM) courses for superyacht crews.
Working closely with Pendennis, Helios has created the first BRM course designed specifically for superyacht crews. The two day courses are designed to take the entire superyacht crew through all aspects of safety, teamwork and joint and individual effectiveness. The courses include a variety of practical and theoretical activities, and use pertinent and recent case studies to pragmatically demonstrate and enhance the safe operation of a superyacht.
