The winners of the Club Marine Australian Marine Export and Superyacht Industry Awards 2014 were announced last night. They include the prominent Australian luxury yacht builder, Hanseatic Marine, now known as Silver Yachts.
This year’s Club Marine Australian Marine Industry Export and Superyacht Awards Winners will be unveiled at the ASMEX Conference gala dinner, which will be held at Sanctuary Cove in Queensland on Tuesday 20 May.
It has been a very busy season for Rivergate Marina & Shipyard, based in Australia’s Queensland. The refit yard has worked on such important vessels as the 73m superyacht Dragonfly or the 63m charter yacht SuRi, and many others.

The all-new 77m superyacht Smeralda by Hanseatic Marine has recently received both the prestigious World Superyacht Award 2013, as well as the International Yacht & Aviation Award 2013.
Vain Interiors has been nominated for the 2013 International Yacht and Aviation Award 2013 for the beautiful interiors aboard the 77 m Hanseatic mega yacht Smeralda. The vessel itself has also been shortlisted for the Asia Pacific Yacht and Aviation Award 2013. The winners will be announced on April 19.
Measuring impressive 77 meters in LOA, the spectacular motor yacht Smeralda by Hanseatic Marine has been successfully delivered. She is able to sleep up to 20 guests in 10 well appointed cabins.
Australia has been strongly represented at this year’s Monaco Yacht Show. AIMEX as well as Superyacht Australia have exhibited both the Australian marine export and Superyacht sectors. The spectacular 77m superyacht Smeralda, built by the Australian company Hanseatic Marine, has been also showcased.
This year’s Monaco Yacht Show will boast a spectacular array of 103 luxury vessels, 73 of which measure over 40 meters in length. The largest vessel on display will be the Royal Huisman 90m megayacht Athena.
At the moment in build, the 77m superyacht Suvretta by Hanseatic Marine and Espen Oeino is due to be delivered in 2012. The Australian builder is also developing the 100m megayacht Silver Global.
The newly presented Australian Superyacht Industry Awards have announced their Winners. These included Rivergate Marina & Shipyard (Superyacht Industry of the Year – SERVICE PROVIDER) and Hanseatic Marine (Superyacht Industry of the Year – MANUFACTURER), with Muir Engineering as well as Aurora Global Logistics both awarded high commendations.
