The impressive and robust 67m research motor yacht Golden Shadow was hosted by Rivergate Marina & Shipyard for maintenance and repair works. Launched by Campbell Shipyards in 1995, the vessel is part of the Golden Fleet and is available for scientific purposes worldwide in support of the Living Oceans Foundation.
This year’s Perseus Award has been received by HRH Prince Khaled bin Sultan, a founder of the Living Oceans Foundation. He has made his Golden Fleet’s superyachts Golden Odyssey, Golden Shadow and Golden Osprey available for this foundation, assisting scientists learn more about the world’s oceans.
The exceptional Golden Fleet vessels, comprising the 80m superyacht Golden Odyssey, the 67m Golden Shadow superyacht as well as the 30m motor yacht Golden Osprey, will change their homeport, leaving Nice for the luxurious Mediterranean marina Porto Montenegro, situated in the fabulous Bay of Kotor.
