A total number of 5 luxurious superyachts designed by Dubois are currently attending the 2014 Loro Piana Superyacht Regatta and Rendezvous in Virgin Gorda. These include such outstanding vessels as the 37m Fitzroy charter yacht Moonbird.
Both penned by Dubois, the Oyster 125 superyacht Twilight as well as the Fitzroy luxury yacht Ohana have been nominated for the forthcoming ISS Awards.
To take place in San Francisco on September 7, 2013, the NZ Superyacht Day will run on the first day of the 34th America’s Cup. The event will be attended by five award-winning New Zealand superyacht companies: Alloy Yachts, Events Clothing, Fitzroy Yachts, McMullen & Wing, and Southern Spars.
The splendid 50m Fitzroy yacht Ohana as well as the majestic 47m Alloy yacht Loretta Anne, both designed by renowned Dubois Naval Architects, have been named as finalists for the 2013 ShowBoats Design Awards.
Launched in 2012, the spectacular 50-metre Fitzroy yacht Ohana was racing for the first time at the last month’s NZ Millennium Cup. The yard is currently working on another magnificent sloop, the 37-metre yacht FY17, scheduled for launch later this year.
Launched by Fitzroy Yachts in 2012, the 50-metre flybridge yacht Ohana (Project G50) has been nominated as a finalist in the 2013 ShowBoats Design Awards. The winners will be presented at the Monaco Opera House on June 21.
A total number of 6 luxury yachts shortlisted for this year’s World Superyacht Awards have been equipped with thrusters, developed by Ocean Yacht Systems. These include the all-new Fitzroy superyacht Ohana, or the recently refitted Feadship motor yacht A2.
All of the luxury superyachts participating in the recently concluded NZ Millennium Cup were powered by Southern Spars’ rigs. This year’s overall winner has become the 30-metre sailing yacht Zefiro.
