The fabulous yacht charter destination – Scotland will be hosting the 4th edition of The Fife Regatta this summer. The event will be attended by such majestic vessels designed by William Fife as the 105ft classic yacht Moonbeam of Fife (ex Moonbeam III).
Yesterday, April 17, was marked by a race to decide who will compete against the 79ft classic sailing yacht Mariella for The Inn Challenge Trophy, taking place in Antigua today, on April 18. Luxury yacht Vagabundo II has become today’s winner.
Set to run in Antigua from April 17 to 18, the inaugural Inn Challenge Trophy represents a race for classic yachts in the style of the America’s Cup. It will be hosting the 80-foot yacht Mariella, built by Fife to a design by Alfred Mylne.
The 83ft superyacht Adventuress has been recently relaunched by the American shipyard Rockport Marine, following her three-year restoration. Built by Fife Yard in 1924, this beautiful vessel now features a new interior, rig as well as modern navigation.
The Westward Cup 2012 has confirmed the presence of eight beautiful Big Class Yachts competing in the race, such as 55m luxury charter yacht Elena.
