Perini Navi group are very happy to announced that their 50 metre stunning Picchiotti Vitruvius Series Yacht EXUMA has won the “Motor Yacht of the Year 2011” and the “Best Displacement Motor Yacht of below 500 gt” award at the 2011 World Superyacht Awards.
Last night in the heart of the City of London, the superyacht industry’s finest gathered in the magnificent surroundings of Guildhall for the most glamorous and anticipated event in the yachting calendar – the sixth annual World Superyacht Awards.
Perini Navi Group has received numerous awards during the year 2010 for superyacht Reila, sailing yacht Panthalassa, motor yacht Exuma as well as Cavalier Fabio, founder of Perini Navi who received a prize for his continued success in business since 1983 that has led Perini Navi to deliver 50 yachts, together with the Perini Navi Group’s recent entry in motor yacht sector under the Picchiotti brand.
The Picchiotti 50 meter megayacht EXUMA, the first motor yacht built by Perini Navi from the Vitruvius® series has been awarded the Green Plus Platinum certificate, as well as the Green Yacht of the Year award in recognition for her proven commitment to environmental excellence.
Perini Navi announced their attendance at the Genoa, Monaco and Fort Lauderdale Boat Show in 2010. Different yachts will be attending different yacht show, including MY Exuma, SY Panthalassa, sailing yacht Fivea, Felicità West ketch.

The 2010 Monaco Yacht Show will take place from the 22nd to 25th September 2010 and once again is promising to be a huge international success, filled with visitors and exhibitors from the luxury yachting industry and business world. The launch of motor yacht Exuma sanctions the Group’s entrance in the field of motor yachts and the new reorganisation of the Italian shipyards with the change in the company name of the Cantieri Navali Beconcini shipyard of La Spezia to Picchiotti.
