Next year’s New Zealand Millennium Cup will boast a strong line-up of local and international sponsors, as well as luxury vessels. Returning to the race will be sailing yacht Janice of Wyoming, charter yacht Bliss, as well as superyacht Silvertip.
Set to run in the lovely Mediterranean yacht charter destination – Monaco next month, the prestigious Monaco Yacht Show will once again feature the New Zealand Street, displaying the strength of New Zealand’s superyacht industry.
Entry to the NZ Millennium Cup 2015 is now open, with yachts waiting to sign up. The premier South Pacific superyacht regatta is gearing up to take place in its new location of the Bay of Islands, and a number of yachts have been waiting anxiously for entries to open.

The innovative 2013 Doyle Stratis ICE fibre for superyachts has proved increasingly popular. The company will soon start working on new membranes for the 52m Alloy charter yacht Red Dragon, which will be the biggest ICE sails made to date.
Recently launched by Astilleros Buquebus in Uruguay, the all-new 52m superyacht DONA FRANCISCA will receive a full set of Doyle Stratis sails, built by the Doyle Sails New Zealand loft in early 2013.
The majestic 56-metre Perini Navi superyacht Asahi will boast a full set of Doyle Stratis sails, scheduled for delivery in May 2013.
The Doyle Stratis sails for the 46m Royal Huisman superyacht Project 392 have been completed and they are currently heading to the Netherlands.
Currently under refit at Yachting Developments, the Swan 90 superyacht Spirit has received the rigging and a full suit of Stratis sails, supplied by Doyle Sails NZ. She is due to be relaunched on April 2, 2014.
