Award recipients of NMMA’s Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) program will be acknowledged during the annual Industry Breakfast at the 2010 International BoatBuilders’ Exhibition and Conference (IBEX), Tuesday, September 28 from 7:30 a.m.–9:30 a.m. in room C-201. A total of 44 boat and engine manufacturers were recognized for excellence in customer satisfaction.
