The entire transaction of a recently delivered 56m Perini Navi sailing super yacht SELENE (ex PARSIFAL IV, SELENE) has been successfully counselled and accompanied in all legal and tax matters by the German commercial law firm, CPS Schliessmann Wirtschaftsanwaelte, with a specialised department ‘TheYachtAttorney’.
Two new superyacht marina projects in Croatia will be supported by the yacht division ‘TheYachtAttorney’, belonging to the German commercial law firm, CPS Schliessmann. Both of these will feature space for 150 yachts.
