Team USA wins the Audia Sardina Cup 2012, with Team Italy in the second place.
Today’s second race of the Audi Sardinia Cup 2012 brought the victory of the Quantum Racing Team from the USA, with second place taken by the Italian team of Audi Azzurra Sailing Team.
Hosted by the prestigious Yacht Club Costa Smeralda, the Audi Sardinia Cup 2012 is currently being won by Italy, represented by the Soto 40 yacht Alegre.
The strong wind, called Sardinian Mistral, caused the suspension of the Day One competing in the Audi Sardinia Cup 2012, hosted by the prestigious Yacht Club Costa Smeralda and running from June 11 to 17.
Yesterday morning, the new Azzurra TP52 yacht by Audi was christened with the bottle of champagne by its godmother, HH Princess Zahra Aga Khan in the prestigious Yacht Club Costa Smeralda.
