Held on May 10, 2012 the 8th Asia Boating Awards have recently presented its respected nominees. This year´s edition will feature a new category: Best Asian Built Yacht. The superyachts nominated for this prestigious Asian award include for ex. the Amels 212 motor yacht Imagine, the 61m Benetti megayacht Diamonds are Forever, the 60m CRN luxury yacht Darlings Danama and many others.
Austrian Sigmund Yacht Design has come with another concept, 50m motor yacht Odin, following her bigger sister motor yacht Centurion.
Motor yacht Centurion is a striking 112-metre concept launched at this year’s Monaco Yacht Show by the newly established Sigmund Yacht Design based in Vienna, Austria. Following the presentation of 98-metre Sigmund at Monaco in 2009, studio director and founder Peter Symonds teamed up with Olivier Dorrell, a joint partner in Totti Design, which specialises in tender design.
