Amico & Co., Italy-based company specializing in refit and repair of yachts from 60 to 140m in LOA, has recently inaugurated the all-new 102-metre dry dock. This has been designed and built in 16 months.
Positioned in the popular Mediterranean yacht charter location – Liguria in Italy, Marina di Loano has unveiled its new Superyacht Area. This is dedicated to recreational yachts measuring from 55 to 77 metres (180-250ft).
Last weekend saw the Genoa-based superyacht refit facility, Amico & Co, host ‘The Italian Job’ event, in order to show the yacht owners as well as captains what the lovely summer yacht charter destination – the Ligurian Riviera has on offer.
Amico Group, an Italian superyacht refit specialist has opened a new mega yacht refit yard called Cantiere Amico Loano. The new 8,500sq m refit yard will be able to service, repair and refit yachts and superyachts from 8m-55m (26ft-180ft) and has a 550t travel lift.
