This month’s Monaco Yacht Show will be marked by the world debut of two Southern Wind luxury vessels: the SW102 n°02 sailing yacht HEVEA, as well as the SW94 n°02 superyacht WINDFALL. The company has also become the first yard to have achieved the RINA RIG certification.
Derecktor New York has been hard at work in Spring 2013. The yard is currently working on a Christensen 150 superyacht, which has arrived to undergo emergency repairs.
The all-new SW82 superyacht Feelin’ Good has recently hit the water at the respected South African yard, Southern Wind. To be displayed at the Monaco Yacht Show 2013, she features lovely accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 cabins.
A sister ship to luxury yacht Almagores II as well as Hevea yacht, the third SW102 superyacht Farfalla is currently under construction at the Southern Wind Shipyard in South Africa. She is due to be launched in early summer 2014.
Nauta-designed 84-foot luxury yacht My Song has triumphed at the recently concluded Loro Piana Superyacht Regatta. The event was also marked by a great success of two other Nauta-designed vessels: the 34m sailing yacht Nilaya, as well as the 30m superyacht Cape Arrow.
Two spectacular vessels built by Southern Wind Shipyard will be racing in this year’s Loro Piana Superyacht Regatta: the SW94 sailing yacht Windfall and the SW100 superyacht Cape Arrow. The event will run in the lovely Italian yacht charter location – Sardinia’s Porto Cervo, from June 4 to 8, 2013.
April 28 will be marked by the official start of racing at the highly anticipated Antigua Sailing Week 2013. The race will be attended by such spectacular vessels as the Farr 115 charter yacht Sojana.
This year’s Antigua Sailing Week will start in less than one month, running at the popular Caribbean yacht charter destination – Antigua, from April 28 to May 3.
The splendid SW 102 superyacht Almagores II by Southern Wind has been announced as one of the finalists for the upcoming World Superyacht Awards. This breathtaking vessel boasts naval architecture by Farr Yacht Design, while both its exterior and interior designs are by Nauta Yachts.
