Argo Finanziaria, holding of the Gavio Group, has signed a preliminary agreement with Ferretti SpA for the acquisition of Bertram Yachts – a historical yachting brand in the USA and worldwide.
Nestled in the lovely Central America yacht charter location – Panama, Flamenco Marina on Flamenco Island will host the inaugural Panama International Boat Show, scheduled to take place from June 20 to 22, 2014.
Bertram 70 Convertible yacht was built by Bertram Yachts, part of the Ferretti Group, to provide the ultimate sport fishing experience. The vessel is available in two model variations, open and enclosed bridge.
To be once again hosted by the IGY Marinas’ Cabo San Luca marina in the popular yacht charter location – Mexico, the 4th Cabo Marine Show is set to run from May 1 to 4, 2013. The event will be displaying such magnificent vessels as luxury charter yacht Spirit of Two Thousand & Ten.

The spectacular vessels on diplay included such jewels as the Custom line 112′ superyacht Next or the 85′ Opera superyacht by Riva.
Concentrating on future expansion of the company, a brand of Ferretti Group, Bertram Yacht, will begin relocating to its new facility in Merritt Island, Florida in June 2012.
