Fabrizio Scerch has become a new Country Manager Americas for Benetti, as part of the company’s strategy to widen the oversight on the strategic international markets.
This year’s 3rd edition of the Gold Coast International Marine Expo is set to start tomorrow, on November 1. The largest luxury vessel on display will be the 115-foot charter yacht Emerald Lady by Benetti.
Luxury yacht builder, Azimut Yachts has unveiled a video presenting its three new 2014 yacht models, the Azimut 50, Azimut 77S yachts and the Azimut 95RPH superyacht. The company will also be present at the upcoming FLIBS.
The highly anticipated Ft. Lauderdale Boat Show 2013 will feature an amazing fleet of 21 yachts, to be displayed by the Azimut Benetti Group. Benetti’s Vision 145′ charter yacht Checkmate will make her world premiere at the event, while it will be a US debut for the all-new Azimut 80 yacht.
Next month will be marked by the very first edition of the Qatar International Boat Show, to be hosted by Lusail Marina in the lovely Middle Eastern yacht charter location – Doha. The prominent luxury yacht builders such as Sunreef, Sunseeker, Benetti, Azimut, Bilgin, and many others, will be attending this highly anticipated event.
This year saw another successful edition of the prominent Monaco Yacht Show, attended by 33,730 participants. The 2014 edition of the event will feature 15 additional berths for megayachts measuring up to 120m in length.

The last month’s Monaco Yacht Show saw the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation and the Italian certification body RINA sign a partnership agreement aboard superyacht Ocean Paradise built by Benetti.
The Azimut Benetti Group will be present at the upcoming Genoa Boat Show, showcasing an impressive number of 16 yachts. These will include three new models: superyacht Azimut 80, motor yacht Magellano 53, as well as Atlantis 50 yacht. Benetti will be displaying the Tradition 105 superyacht Orso 3.
The impressive Benetti mega yacht Ocean Paradise (FB263) was honoured with the RINA Green Plus prize, handed over by HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco on Saturday, September 28, at the final day of the Monaco Yacht Show 2013.
Originally launched by Benetti in 2006, the 44-metre charter yacht Zita (ex Romanza, Larisa) is currently being hosted by Monaco Marine la Ciotat to get a new stabilisation system.
The General Assembly unanimously re-elected the Superyacht Builders Association (SYBAss) board in Monaco on September 24, 2013. SYBAss will embark on the new business-to-consumer strategy.
