Situated in the spectacular town of Quincy in Massachusetts, the Bay Pointe Marina and Seacrest Marine Services have a new owner. They have been acquired by Suntex Ventures, in conjunction with Harrison Street Real Estate Capital. The Bay Pointe Marina can host yachts measuring up to 200ft in LOA.
