This year’s sailing season saw the breath-taking 100-foot luxury sailing yacht Esimit Europa 2 reach nine overall victories. Due to technical issues, the vessel concluded its season 2013 early and will not attend the upcoming Rolex Middle Sea Race.
The recently concluded Barcolana Regatta 2013 in the Italy’s Gulf of Trieste was marked by the fourth consecutive victory of the breath-taking 100-foot superyacht Esimit Europa 2.
With Jochen Schuemann as her skipper on board, the impressive 100-foot superyacht Esimit Europa 2 is ready to break her own break at the 2013 Barcolana Race, running this weekend.

Superyacht Esimit Europa 2 will compete in the northern Europe for the very first time, participating in such important races as the Rolex Fastnet Race in the UK.
Measuring 100 feet in LOA, the spectacular Esimit Europa 2 superyacht, one of the world’s fastest yachts, is currently aiming to achieve the benchmark time for the passage record Trieste to Valletta. The Medot Sailing Trophy is a very special prize, waiting for a winner.
It will be quite a busy season for the 100ft sailing yacht Esimit Europa 2, preparing to compete in five yacht regattas including Giraglia Rolex Cup, Palermo – Monte Carlo, Maxi Yacht Rolex Cup, Bernetti Lombardini Cup as well as Barcolana.
