The Barcelona International Boat Show has recently closed its most-visited edition to date, reflecting signs of recovery in the sector. The event hosted more than 54,000 visitors.
The Barcelona Boat Show 2014 has been a great success. The event was marked by a 20% increase in the space occupied by the show, and a 17% increase in exhibitors over last year.
Sunseeker will be once again present at the Barcelona Boat Show from October 15 to 19, with an amazing display of 5 luxury vessels. This will include a striking Sunseeker 28 Metre Yacht, as well as Sunseeker 80 Sport Yacht.
The main luxury yacht brands see the Barcelona International Boat Show 2014 as the ideal platform to launch their products in Spain. Among the new yachts to be introduced during the event will be Sunseeker 75 Yacht.
This year’s edition of the Barcelona International Boat Show will offer an ocean of new experiences to its visitors. The event will be hosted by the glamorous Mediterranean yacht holiday destination – Port Vell in Barcelona, Spain, running fro October 15 to 19.

The use of eco-friendly glass is fast evolving in the superyacht industry. Nautiglass S.L. specialises in the manufacture and installation of photovoltaic glass. The company has worked with well known refit shipyard Marina Barcelona 92 (MB’92) on such projects as charter yacht Talitha G.
This year’s 53rd edition of Barcelona International Boat Show is set to run from October 15 to 19. The event will be once again hosted by Port Vell – the only large Mediterranean port, positioned in the centre of a big city.
As announced by Spain’s industry association ANEN, the Spanish government has introduced the amendment to the registration tax for luxury charter yachts.

It has been a tremendous success for the Italian luxury yacht manufacturer, Solaris Yachts, at the recently concluded Mediterranean Boat Shows in Cannes, Barcelona and Genoa. The Solaris 72 Classic sailing yacht “CEFEA, the Solaris 72 Deck House yacht “Lilys”, as well as the Solaris One 60 yacht “Aquileia” are also available for inspection during the winter.
For the second year, the Barcelona International Boat Show was entirely hosted by Port Vell. Attended by 236 exhibitors, the event was a great success, hosting 53,000 visitors.
With a total number of 650 boats and yachts on display this year, the 2013 Barcelona Boat Show will take place one day earlier, on September 24, to coincide with the Mercè Fiesta as well as the last day of the Mediterranean Tall Ships Regatta.
The brand new yacht models from the top international manufacturers will make their debut at the upcoming Barcelona Boat Show, running from September 24 to 29, 2013. These include such beautiful vessels as Azimut 80 yacht or Princess 98 superyacht.
