Celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, the 2013 Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show (SCIBS) is set to start on Thursday, May 23, hosting a multi-million dollar display across land and water.
It has been a great success for Marina at Keppel Bay at the recent Marine13 International Conference and Exhibition, having received two prizes: the ‘International Marina of the Year 2013-2014’ award as well as the ‘Best Environmental Initiative’ award.
Set to run immeditely prior to the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show, this year’s ASMEX (Australian Superyacht and Marine Export Conference) will kick off next week, hosting key buyers from all over the world.
Stefan Borzecki has recently become a new member of the Global Marina Institute (GMI) Board. He was appointed by the GMI Chairman Mick Bettesworth.
The upcoming Riviera Festival of Boating will feature seven new educational workshops, such as anchoring, line work, rafting and mooring, and many others. The event will run from May 23 to 26, 2013.
Exhibitors wishing to attend this year’s Gold Coast International Marine Expo are encouraged to secure their places at this popular event, running from November 1 to 3. Last year’s Expo hosted 188 exhibitors, including 40 new companies.
The upcoming Australian Marine Export and Superyacht conference will be attended by a strong list of international delegates, coming from China, the UAE, Taiwan, South Africa, USA, as well as Europe.
Club Marine Australian Marine Export and Superyacht Awards will be announced on the 21st May, 2013, during the ASMEX Conference gala dinner, at Sanctuary Cove in Queensland, Australia.
This year’s SCIBS will feature a range of live entertainment and interactive displays that will compliment the exhibitor showcase, with highlights for the whole family to enjoy.
The three day event of the Marine13 International Conference and Exhibition concluded on mood of optimism, with attendees rating the event highly.
